The mid July’s Horningsea Herald sees another rearing of the ugly head of Honey Hill sewage works.
If you’ve missed the badly addressed consultation letter from Anglian Water, then they are proposing three sites to relocate the sewage works at Milton. One just a few hundred metres from our village.
There’s information inside the Herald about the project and what you can do. Plus a flyer is also attached that would fit nicely in a window facing the street!
This morning our very own Catherine Morris was on BBC Cambridgeshire’s Jeremy Salis show talking about the project and the potential threat to our village:

This evening and tomorrow afternoon there are two webinars where you can ask questions about this project:
Register by email: info@cwwtpr.com or telephone: 0808 196 1661 9am – 5pm Mon – Fri:
Thursday 23 July 7pm to 8pm
Friday 24 July 2pm to 3pm
This is the last mid month Herald for now. From August onwards it will become a monthly edition once again. Let’s hope we all have more things to do than read it!
