Here’s July’s Herald.
As you will have undoubtedly seen Anglian Water has chosen Honey Hill to build its new sewage works. A sewage works as large as Horningsea right outside our village. The Phase 2 consultation began on the 23rd of June until the 18th August. This is primarily about mitigation – about having your say regarding issues such as positioning, traffic, lighting (at night), noise pollution, odour, design, screening, impact on wildlife and environment and so much more.
Visit the Save Honey Hill website to find out more about their plans with links to Anglian Water’s documentation.
Finally on a far lighter note, here’s another photo of Keith’s owl boxes around Horningsea. This barn owl photo was taken by Geoff Oliver.
